Frequently Asked Questions
What does it cost to be listed?
Inclusion is paid. A Featured Enhanced Listing is $499 per year and sits at the top of its category; a Standard Listing is $299 per year and is listed alphabetically below the featured listings. Both are billed once per year, per location.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Placement. Featured listings are pinned above every standard listing in their category, so they are the first thing a visitor browsing that category sees. Everything else — logo, description, address, hours, website link and two updates a year — is included in both.
When do I pay?
Not on the form. We review your details first, usually within two business days, then send an invoice. The listing goes live once payment is settled.
Does the listing renew automatically?
Yes. Listings are an annual subscription and renew automatically each year on the anniversary of publication, charged to the payment method on file at the standard rate for your plan. We send a reminder before each renewal, and you can cancel any time from the link on your invoice. See Listing Terms.
If I get an introductory discount, does it carry over?
No. Any introductory discount applies to the first year only. Renewals are charged at the standard annual rate for the plan.
Can I appear in more than one category?
Yes. Each additional category is charged at the same annual rate as the first.
My business is already listed. Why?
A number of businesses were added when the directory launched, using publicly available information. Those entries have not been charged. You can claim yours on a paid plan using this form, or have it corrected or removed free of charge — see Report or Remove a Listing.
Do you accept businesses outside the area?
Yes. Any legitimate business may be listed regardless of city or state, including online-only businesses.
